Kia Ora My daughter and I travelled from out of town for her scheduled operation at the hospital nearby, and we stayed here for three nights. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcomed.nThe room was exceptionally tidy, clean, warm, and had a lovely homely feel, which made our stay so much more comfortable during a stressful time. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, including cutlery, pots, pans, and a mini cooker, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay.nThe staff were also incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our time there. We truly appreciated the care and hospitality shown to us.nOverall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone, especially families travelling for medical appointments or hospital stays.

Our stay in Bella Vista,  Christchurch was very comfortable and is the 2nd time we have stayed in this motel. Its conveniently placed on the outskirts of the northern end of the CBD commercial business district and is a 10 minute walk into town. The motel manager was very nice and helpful. We'd stay here again.

Emma, who looked after us, couldn't have been nicer. We had a lovely welcome, the room was very clean, if quite small, and when we had a wee hiccup with our hot water she was hugely apologetic and treated us to breakfast to make up for it.nWould stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here with our kids.  The rooms were clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming.  Our daughter left her headphones behind and Aurel promptly let me know and offered to post them back.  Thanks for the great customer service. 5 stars.

This is my favourite place to stay in Chch. It's affordable and exceptionally clean. Showers are spotless and great hot water pressure which is important for me. Staff are very helpful and friendly and the rooms are warm. I will always stay here when I need a room in Chch
