Stayed one night for work, rooms are clean and comfortable and beds were firm and nicely dressed. No issues with other neighbours, staff were helpful and polite. Would recommend as all units are on the flat and car parking is available at door. It is also quite close to restaurants etc. would stay again and recommend to others.

I try to keep my reviews positive but hard on this occasion. Room 11 was terrible, see photos. Nothing like the pictures on the website,  no way a 4 star motel, 1 star maybe. Smelt of mould, noisey, door didnt lock, carpet stained and ripped and duck taped down, doors broken off. $245 for 1 room for a night is not good. I did compkain at the time and not just leave it and write a poor review. Lady on the desk very nice, polite and friendly but no room change possible or refund offered. Sorry guys just not good enough, will not stay again and I'd avoid it if i were you until fully upgraded.

On arrival,  there way 4 people ahead of me waiting in the office to check in for 10minutes before they were seen to . My room did not have a key ready and she had to open door for me and arrange one.nThe sheets towels and bedspread were stained . Mold on blinds in kitchen and bathroom . Power socket unhinged on the floor behind bed . Carpets dirty. I requested a late check out that I had to pay for  and was disturbs 3 times  saying I needed to be out 2 hours before check out . The room number 6  was not visible .nOveral comment unorganized  and I wouldn't book there again .

This motel is certainly not a 4 or 5 star rating as some ads state. One chair was broken. Some lights did not work. There was tape on the edge of the carpet into the bedroom.  Walls and skirting boards needed a good paint. T.V was a real pain as the remote took ages to change channels or volume as you had to press buttons a dozen times for anything to happen.nAS FOR THE BED. We nearly lost the will to live. WORST bed ever. We got no sleep and could hardly walk in the morning as everything was aching. The mattress was old as it had steel springs and we felt everyone of them. I board would have been more comfy.nWorst bed we have ever encountered in NZ and Overseas.nThe room IS NOT SOUNDPROOF we had the end unit nearest the road and could hear all traffic and the people next door.nHonestly don't stay if you want a good night's rest.nWe are going to question how they got their rating.

Great service.bed very comfortable  unit was nice and warm at night.clean. highly recommend. Very close to all shops.thanks for very enjoyable  stay.
