Great accomodation in well appointed suites.  At an affordable rate.  Centrally situated and close to a variety of outlets.

This was our third stay at the Country Glen Lodge amounting to over 5 weeks in total. The motel was clean, comfortable and spacious and the tariff reasonable. Our preferred motel when we visit Christchurch.

Management efficient. Housekeeping likewise. Friendly staff. First time I have been asked what kind of milk I would like to have at check in. Only two drawbacks: a bit too far to walk to city center and dated rooms. But hey, that's personal. Recommended.

Clean. Great room layout. You'll need a car as it's a bit of a walk to get anywhere (supermarket, restaurant etc). A bit noisy with traffic on Bealey Ave.
