Good location but whilst room was large 2 double beds there was no room for opening suitcases. We were traveling for 3 weeks with 2 cases so very difficult. Very limited hanging space . Breakfast terrific and staff pleasant.

Convenient modern hotel just across the street from Christchurch Cathedral. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet; you can make your own juice with fresh fruits and vegetables.

Great stop location before hopping on a plan. The seafood chowder I have ever eaten. The steak was awesome as well.

While travelling with a tour we stayed in this hotel twice on 2 different dates. The first time after 50 mins our bags were still downstairs waiting to be delivered. Second time bags arrived 1.5h before the people and again have not been delivered to the rooms! Staff are nice and polite but something is clearly failing from the operational point of view. When dining in the restaurant I asked to make some changes to the dish because of my allergies. When food was delivered exactly like on the menu and not what I ordered I asked for a change and I actually stressed it's quite important it's freshly prepared, but 3 min later I received the same piece of meat re-plated. Room was nice and comfortable, but the temperature of the water under the shower either cold or hot, but impossible to regulate precisely.
