Great place to stay. Comfortable accommodation and beds. Good size bathroom with washer and drier. Friendly staff and professional service. Off street parking available. Close to shopping and restaurants. Bit dear, but it's worth it.Rooms: 5/5
Great location for walking to most places in the city or to the nearest tram stop. Lovely friendly staff. My room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well set up with a good mini kitchen, which included a dishwasher. My room also had a washer and dryer which was so handy. 5 minutes away from some great food places and a supermarket. Car parking is also available. Christchurch has some great shopping and museums and galleries, well worth a visit. I would definitely stay here again
Great location, easy walk to City centre for bars, cafes, Art Centre and Hagley park. The room is very spacious with a comfortable bed. Having a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom was a bonus. Once the new stadium opens, this will be a most convenient place to stay. We were also given parking and a late check out. The staff were amazing. What a dive ramada has become over the last few years...room service just walking on in before you can even answer the door, very rude!!...smelling like they just ran a marathon and come to clean your room...left a stench of body odour that lingered in the lift for hours, as if they rubbed their armpits all over the lift whist in there. I would never come stay here again and don't recommend
Great no frills hotel in a good location in Christchurch. Since they have suites, we were able to book a room with a washer/dryer which was much needed toward the end of our trip.Rooms: 5/5

The rooms are quite spacious and I love that there are mirrors everywhere. We also had a little sound-proof corner in the room that you can use when you have to take work calls. The service is great too! Toiletries/food items get replenished regularly. The bathroom has washer/dryer and the shower pressure and temp is just right. Staff are friendly too and very helpful!
Good desk staff, Eva very helpful. Large, quiet room. Bed very comfy. Idea for central Christchurch. Rooms: Large, quiet, comfy. Washing machine and tumble dry. Kitchenette Nearby activities: Main shopping streets, Christchurch trams, museums, gardens, bus station for getting about further Safety: No issues at all. Walkability: Very easy to walk to city centre.
I actually ended up isolating in this motel as I managed to catch covid. The staff were absolutely fantastic. Friendly and caring, but also very careful. As a guest you would be very safe. I could not recommend them enough. The facilities were good too. Definitely a good place to stay if you need somewhere in central Christchurch. Rooms: Enough facilities to self cater and to everything worked. Nearby activities: Walking distance of all central Christchurch Safety: Care taken by all staff Walkability: Very central
1. The price is not cheap. For this price, it is unreasonable that there is no one at reception after 6pm instead of being on duty 24 hours a day. 2. The location is very deserted and the location is not worth the price. 3. The tissue on the table become empty after a few uses, and there was an unclean tableware in the cupboard, which shows that the room's cleaning management is not good.
