Flight delayed so Airnz put us up overnight. Reception was easy to sign in and out. Room lovely, water pressure in the shower was odd as temperature kept changing.nnI was dining solo at the resturant, was seated and 5 other tables came in after me had their orders taken first, so waited quite awhile to eat my small plates.nnFood was alright but wouldn't order again, lamb ribs temperature wasn't very warm, sauce was a bit rich for my liking and arincini balls were piping hot but good.
Our stay was very disappointing. The room was extremely cramped — hardly any space to move around. The toilet exhaust was not working, making it uncomfortable. At check-in, we were told the hotel parking was full, and we had to pay extra for parking elsewhere. The breakfast was below average, and honestly, there are much better options available nearby through Airbnb. Overall, definitely not worth the money. It might be manageable for a solo traveler, but absolutely not suitable for families.
Pros: Great location - prime shopping/ dining area, soundproof rooms - couldn’t hear any noise from other guests, staff were friendly and let us check-in early.nnCons: Room was small, with a portacot there wasn’t much room to move around and open bags. Parking not included and costly per night.nnWould I stay again? YES!
We recently stayed at your hotel and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience.nnThe pillows provided were uncomfortably high, which made it very difficult to sleep during both nights of our stay. Despite our expectation for basic comfort, we struggled to get any rest.nnAdditionally, the soap dispenser in the shower was empty upon arrival. We assumed it would be refilled by housekeeping the next day, but it was not addressed, even after the room was serviced.nnThese issues affected the overall quality of our stay.
Staff and service was great, very friendly and helpful. But the room was tired, the blinds didn't work properly came out of runner. Breakfast was middle of the road for this sort of hotel. Probably better to go out to a cafe for breakfast.nLimited parking, and although a public carpark across the road there is nothing to indicate this on before arrival.
