It’s a bit far from the place where you catch the InterCity bus, but I was happy with it because the price was very reasonable!nThe location is also convenient for visiting the Botanic Gardens and exploring the city center without too much hassle.nnThere’s no elevator, but since the building only has two floors, it wasn’t a problem.nThe beds don’t have curtains, but the space still felt cozy, and there was enough room to fit two suitcases comfortably~nnThe staff were really kind, so I’m leaving with a very positive experience.
Many thanks to duty managers Rabah and Jason for their help. Due to a problem with our previous Airbnb booking, and with all hotels in Christchurch fully booked, we had nowhere to go on the evening of April 25th that was very late and cold. But they were truly considerate of their customers, and they still allowed us to use the lodge room, where we could use the restroom and rest on the sofa. Their excellent service helped us to check in early in the next morning, providing a lot of support to us. This truly reflects the mindset and service of a five-star hotel. We hope to stay here again in the future.
Great place for an overnight stay. Modem, clean and tidy. Good service and you very 10% off at the neighboring bistro. One tiny nicks was the shower head was set too low. Prefer them over the head but it's a small thing.
My goodness. The staff were amazing. I had some medical issues. But they really helped me out. The French guy on reception. Absolutely Awesome. So caring. The other guests were helpful as well. Highly recommend this Hostel. Thanks you guys x
Excellent place to stay. The rooms are maintained with ample facilities. The cleaners do a really good job in cleaning the facilities. Price is reasonable. Will come back next time
