Well we we're having a great night out with old friends with lots of fun but 'fun' isn't something you'll find on the menu here. Half an hour before closing our 'fun' was extinguished with 'B' the Manageress telling us we had too much too drink where in fact some of us had only been here for a couple of hours and had 3 drinks in total. Oh well if your looking for somewhere quiet on the Yarra where you want to talk about model trains then you''ve hit gold, for everyone else who ventures here make sure you don't laugh, crack jokes or enjoy yourself too much. 2 stars for the chicken pizza and the awesome waitress who recommended it, cheers Becky you saved them a star!

Took 20 minutes to deliver a Bloody Mary cocktail. The excuse too many customers ordered before you. You will have to wait until staff catch up. The place was 1/2 empty. Need more staff? Need better staff? How about they warn customers they can't take orders (& cash) rather than wasting my time. You got your $20 & never again. PJ O'Brian next door has friendly staff with a 'can do' service they will see us for a meal sometime.

Came in for some drinks after eating elsewhere and noticed it was two for one cocktails. The service was quite slow as we wanted to know if we could sit outside and get the drinks brought to us we could see other people getting ignored, but the waitresses did seem busy. Service at the bar was good, served quickly and the drinks were brought out to the table. The first drinks were delicious so we decided to order more. The second lot weren't so good, really really sour and I had two of the same which looked and tasted different to each other. It also took over 20 minutes for the second round to come out. I'd 100% go again but maybe only when offers are on and expect a delay!

We dropped in on the way home for a quick family dinner on Wednesday night. We managed to nab a great table even though it looked packed with people enjoying a mild Spring evening by the river. Our order was taken quite quickly and drinks came out soon after and then the food soon after that. Our table ordered pizza and burgers which were really tasty. Service was efficient, helpful and friendly. Prices were reasonable; we liked the Wednesday night $18 pint and pizza deal. The only criticism I have is that the music was a little loud but apart from that it was the perfect quick family meal.

ordered a$14 cheese platter which consisted of 1 slither of cheese, some basic crackers, 2,slices of apple and some currants..we questioned this with the waitress who only tried to argue with us and gave us attitude. when the bill was served we asked if she had given our feedback to the manager, which she hadn't and argued with us again. Manager finally came out, offered to take it off the bill but then again continued to explain their $14 cheese slither platter. no wonder the wait staff were grumpy. wont be back
