We booked to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and it was total disappointment. waiters were tired and seemed not interested in serving or taking orders. Boat captain old guy was bit rude. food was total disappointment in terms of quality it was more like cheap pub style frozen ready to eat kind of food. It was not worth 140$ may be 40$ trip. 3 hours of waste of time. Sitting arrangement was so congested that u can’t even pass through. overall experience very poor. Would not recommend anyone. Word of advice do not even think to celebrate special occasions.

Valentines experience was ok. It was a nice boat and the staff were lovely except for the gentleman in the checkered shirt running around at the start directing people places. He sent us down to birth 3 but the boat was on number 5 (lucky we didnt miss boarding) $175pp and the food was not up to par for that price. Main was tiny and a thick (4 inches) of steak with what was frozen reheated veggie mix and a tiny love heart potato thing. Nice experience but I don't think we'll do it again with this company as the price was far too big for what was provided.

Wow! What a night! My partner's 50th birthday so it needed to be special.. and it was ... just magical. The all male staff were very professional and attentive all night long. Fast and efficient. No big groups, not crowded and not noisy in the restaurant area. Four lovely courses. Food was first class .. how do they do it on a boat? Steak just melts in your mouth, some of the best I have ever had. No limits on the drinks. We were so lucky that we had the low height boat, as the tides allowed the Captain to take us under the bridges all the way downstream to Yarra mouth, Newport and under the West Gate bridge. We also explored Docklands, Victoria Harbour, and the container ships in Swanston Dock. Warm night, no wind and the sun was setting so the colours reflecting off the city buildings were amazing. We are outdoors types.. so we had our whole meal on the back deck with 360 degree views. My lady loved it... lots of extra kisses. Highly recommended for something different to a noisy restaurant. I want to make it an annual event for her birthday.

Attentive, friendly staff and, of course, a beautiful trip up and down the river. Nice food, relaxed environment without being too loud.
