Terrible experience with the Southbank manager. Lack of training, lots of miscommunication and then to be removed from all groups and then ignored with no word or response to my message as to why this even happened. Never felt so mistreated in any business like this. Disappointed. Where's the professionalism?

Worse coffee ever.  Miss other two coffice shops which closed down in last April in Southgate food court.
