As first home buyers, everything was new to us. Lora Lagamba from Barlow McEwan Tribe Real Estate was with us every step of the way and went above and beyond to make this process as simple and stress-free as possible. She was always available to answer our questions and  would work outside of her normal hours to accommodate my partner and my work schedule. 

We didn't quite have the words to express how much of a blessing Lora was to us, so we sent her flowers to show a little bit of our appreciation!

Unprofessional and dishonest. We dealt with the agent Theo Panay. We put in an offer which was accepted by the vendor, signed contracts, and Theo asked us to organise conveyancing and building inspections, which we paid for and completed, only to lose all contact with Theo, and find out a few days later after no contact he had been negotiating with another buyer and the house was sold, without giving us the chance to improve our offer. In the negotiating phase, we were told he never told buyers the other offers, when he had emailed us the other buyers exact offers and conditions. Very disappointing as we put all our trust in him as first home buyers with little support, and ended up with hundreds of dollars of building and conveyancing fees and no house.

I have dealt with Angus Scott-Walker many times and he is a very down to earth and open / honest Real Estate guy and most importantly a very professional Auctioneer.   If he is sure about something he will tell you and otherwise if he needs to come back to you later he will.  Also our rental properties were handled by Anna Fabrizio and she must be the best Real Estate Rental Manager in the area, based on her work for me and the testimonials I see on the internet.... see for yourself. Yep based on their work for me I will stick with them going forward as they make it easy.

The Property Management team, particularly Anna Fabrizio is exceptional. The level of service, professionalism and experience making renting a property a breeze. You here the horror stories of your Property Manager not responding to your email, not attending to maintenance, but in my experience, Anna has been a breathe of fresh air in the real estate industry. I would recommend them in every way.

I have been with Barlow McEwan Tribe ( Newport Office) for approx, 25 years now.  In those 25 years, I have always been a Landlord, and, the team at Barlows always serviced my Rental Property in a professional manner. Whilst building my new units in Altona North, I was approached by many agents, wishing to have my business, but, I remain loyal to Angus Scott Walker , Anna Fabrizio and the wonderful team that always look after me. As the old saying goes - 'When you're on a good thing - Stick to it !! '  - Patrick Vella, Landlord.
