Purchased a product during the boxing day sales which had a sale tag displayed for $30 cheaper than the RRP price tag. At the checkout I was charged the full RRP price. Told the sales person there was a sale tag displayed however still charged the full RRP price. After purchase, sales person has walked over to the product on the shelf and removed the sale tag. Disappointing to not honour the sale price displayed with the staff obviously realising the tag was still displayed.
All the staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming, great service! Looking forward to cooking up a storm in our new Ziggy Nomad.

Bought my Ziggy there and when the cover I purchased couldn't be found they quickly found at another outlet and organised for me plus threw in a freebie for my trouble without me asking, really good service, thanks!
We purchased a Komado Joe from Mark recently. Not only was Mark incredibly knowledgeable his patience explaining each model and features made this such a pleasant experience. I wish I could give them 6 stars.
John from BBQ's Galore Homeworld offered brilliant customer service this morning when we had an issue with an outdoor chair we had purchased. He immediately satisfied our concerns, he was fabulous, highly recommend.
Great shop plenty of variety both bbq's and outdoor furniture. Plenty of accessories for your BBQ and outdoor area
Great friendly staff very helpful. Sorted us out with a great deal for our new bbq package. Saved money buy buying a deal instead of seperatly. Everything we needed was in stock. They even offer after hour assembly of your bbq should you need it.
Very happy with my BBQ
Bought an outdoor setting. After about two weeks nearly every chair was snapped. Took photos and let the staff know. Basically didn’t want to hear about it. Followed up numerous times and no compensation. Wouldn’t buy from here again
