Clean, tidy and safe. Friendly members and staff. Join this club is one of the best choice I’ve been made this year. Id recommend it to all my friends! I have lost 10kg of body fat in 6 months and my body is starting changing back my old self which is great. Now I upgraded my membership from 6-months to annual. : it becomes an essential part of my daily life.
Samsara is such a beautiful club. I’ve only recently joined and am very impressed with the difference compared to all other gyms I’ve been to. The staff are very welcoming and supportive. The environment and facilities are clean and the equipment is up to date. With dimmed lighting, there is a calming feel when you walk through the doors. Join the club, I’m so glad I did!
I can’t tell you how grateful I am that I discovered this beautiful place. After moving to the Gold Coast recently and a few tough years, I am giving myself the gift of “me!” For the first time in my life, I’m allowing myself some time to reconnect. At the age of 65, I feel empowered and looking forward to regaining my health and strength. I’ve just finished my first week and I couldn’t be more happy. I’ve attended 2 classes and have loved them both. Kind, gentle instructors have made getting back to the gym a pleasure. I can’t thank Belinda enough for her kindness and encouragement and yes you were right in saying, I’m ready! Also thanks to Kate and Kat for my programming. I’m comfortably feeling my muscles after not working out for the past year. The atmosphere at Samsara is so relaxing and the staff are very welcoming. I couldn’t recommend Samsara more. ‍‍
The absolute best gym! All the ladies are so welcoming and friendly. It’s the only gym I feel 110% confident in and get excited to go to! Thank you for being the best ever
I have been an on & off member for about 4 years now. I love being a part of Samsara. The classes are at convenient times so I can go early morning, they are between 30-45 minutes which also works so well. The staff are welcoming & nice. And the space is calm & peaceful. I’d love to try a reformer Pilates class and hoping to upgrade my membership in the new year.
I haven’t been a member at Samsara for very long but so far I am absolutely loving it. The trainers are all so friendly and accommodating, the gym is always clean and the personalised programs are great. I am pretty new to the whole gym experience and never used to enjoy working out but at Samsara I feel so supported - the trainers even take the time to show you how to use the equipment and you are always greeted with a smile when you walk through the door. I am so happy with my experience so far and actually look forward to going to the gym now! Thank you ladies for creating such a warm & supportive environment for women!
I feel very happy with all instructors. They are very supportive and always happy to answer questions. All the members are very friendly and supportive of each other. I am sorry I will be away for 2weeks. Look forward to seeing everyone when I get back. Also like to put in a request for more dance classes quite? quite a few of us like it.
The gym is well setup to accommodate women in regards to safety or training programs. Belinda and staffs are always show personal interest in members, I am particularly adore the team of instructors: they work hard to impart good exercise techniques and are very knowledgeable when it comes to health and fitness, Samsara is a lovely contribution to the community.
Love the gym..The staff all friendly especially Michelle. The instructors are motivating and the classes are fun. A lovely group of empowering women. Getting addicted. Thank you Sandy Power
Have been with samsara since it has opened, amazing atmosphere and ready to get you to your best self. Womens gym is an amazing idea when your young and are starting to learn. 100% recommend
