We ordered 2 of the same lounges, picked the 2 seater up from the store and waited 4 weeks for the 3 seater to arrive, once 3 seater had arrived we unpacked both lounges and set up our lounge room... the lounges are 2 different colours and fabrics, 2 seater being grey and smooth suede and 3 seater being black textured suede. Called the store to be transferred to ‘dispatch’ looping back to the customer service 3x and waiting 20+ minutes on hold. Was told the 2 seater would be picked up today in the afternoon and correct colour delivered tomorrow, waited all afternoon for no truck to arrive, called the store to be put on hold for another 15 minutes so hung up and called back and the phone was answered straight away. The level of service is completely unacceptable, being sent 2 different coloured lounges when our receipt stated black is TERRIBLE service especially waiting 4 weeks for the second to arrive and being presented with 2 different colours. Offered our delivery fee back of $88 which is a terrible resolution considering we picked that lounge up anyway! Not to mention the fabric had threads and imperfections all over it on the 2 seater.

Needed a bed for my daughter for christmas. Easy parking, the perfect bed, under budget, lovely sales assistant, discounted delivery for cash, bed delivered within 48 hours in perfect condition by friendly hardworking guys. EXCELLENT experience! Well done. You are Super A mart!
