Great service had us ordering when initially just browsing. Knowledgeable, aware & helpful staff.
Super disappointing customer service. Had to make a return which was organized by phone before going to store. Had Renata to deal with and could easily say she has ruined the experience of Adairs. After the lack and rudeness of customer service by her I will never return to Adair's. The manager and other younger lady were lovely but after the way Renata treated a customer like myself, she should be fired.
Good store with good product Visually pleasing.
I had Theresa help me today, who was was lovely. She asked me some great questions to help narrow down the choices and presented those options to me. Nothing was too much trouble and I walked out with my purchases a happy customer. Thank you Theresa
A huge store, opens up inside to bigger than you'd think. Great staff. Busy helping everyone. Lots to choose from and some great specials. You could kit out most of a home from here, decor, furnishings, bedding, bathroom, prints, mirrors, cushions, ornaments, beach gear, plants, furniture, kids rooms, bar stools, laundry, pillows, duvets, sheets etc. Spacious too so not close to other shoppers. Nice place.
Visited here yesterday. The shop looks amazing and inviting. The staff members were lovely. Especially the lady at the counter. I bought a beautiful new quilt cover and some scented gifts for my neighbour. That i left in her mailbox. Love the sale. Will be back again.

Tracy and Josie served me yesterday and they were wonderful. So patient and accommodating in looking up stock that wasn't in store. Adairs Helensvale is my Adairs store of choice and I'll be sure to recommend the shop to family and friends.

Staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. Can't thank the ladies enough. Love this shop and will deffinantly be back
