Ladies in the shop are very rude. More interested in gossiping and drinking tea than helping people. Won't be back ever.

It's handy for locals. Staff are friendly. Usually a good range of items.

It has been my second visit to the shop to donate clothing. The ladies at the back was very unfriendly and rude. The lady in front did not respond to my greeting. 
I will never set foot in this shop again and will donate my children's clothing somewhere else.
Seriously, get people who will enjoy working there.
