Lovely little cafe. All day breakfast menu available. Have a great range of drinks available. The food is a very generous serve and fair pricing. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Come and check it out for yourself.

Staff need training.
First order of latte was cold. Sent it back.
Replacement latte was half coffee, half froth and watery, and abnormally weak. Not nice coffee at all...
Wait staff continuously wondered around with drink orders not knowing who ordered them.
Instead of looking for things to take back to the kitchen, staff just delivered food then walked back to the kitchen instead of picking dirty dishes up on the way back.
Food was just ok. Ordered eggs Benedict but the hollandaise sauce tasted like jar mayonnaise.
Shopping trolley full of rubbish cardboard sat in full view of customers. Staff had to navigate around it.

We've been here a fair few times. We order the same coffee every time but we dont get what we expect a caramel latte to be everytime. 
Staff seem interested in anything else besides taking orders or making coffee. Under staffed some days or you can see them standing out in the back. One staff member was sitting down talking to another staff member in the cafe area saying he couldn't wait to go home.
It would be nice if they didnt stop in the middle of making your coffee to serve people. 
Maybe put a new manager in there as the inconsistency is wearing thin.
Went there 2 weeks ago on the way to work and received our caramel lattes that tasted like hot water. 
I gave 2 stars because when we called to complain they offered replacements.

2/2 visits they got my order wrong. They are understaffed. I ordered 'iced coffee' and got ice cream coffee. I was told I should have ordered 'iced latte'. I had to queue again to get it changed. No compensation.

Coffee was good, service was ok but food was terrible. My partner and I had 1 bite of the smokey beef and bacon burger and took the beef off. It was highly processed and over cooked. The burger was incredibly greasy as well. We will never eat here again
