Very happy to sell us a phone. When we needed technical assistance proved to be incompetent giving incorrect advice multiple times. Spent hours on hold with Optus who are just as incompetent trying to get it sorted. 6 weeks later and it’s still an issue.

Staff are amazing at the Helensvale store, can’t take the issues out on the staff with your account or answering calls as they are just sales. Over all great experience:)

Wanted to call the store yet I have to deal with a automated caller trying to direct my call when I just wanted to speak to someone working at the store.. not happy. Also got charged for a loan phone when I was told in person I wouldn't have to pay for it.

Apart from the long wait, due to limited staffing and a manager that will not serve customers, I was signed up to a phone that I not only didn't ask for but when I questioned it, was to that there was no way to reverse the transaction and that I was stuck with an iPhone that I did not want - I was trying to upgrade my iPhone 6S to an iPhone 7 Plus... I was sold a 7S and when I told them (after I signed the Contract) that I wanted the Plus the Manager simply said "You signed the contract, nothing can be done". I am a Twenty Year customer and this is not good enough, I'm almost tempted to go to Telstra after this... I would not go to this store - The Robina one is so helpful and I will be going there from now on or doing everything on line - atleast they will reverse an incorrect item... VERY POOR
