Love the friendly staff and the  selection of products

I'm very disappointed with Dusk right now,  I bought a $15 bottle of essential oil on Saturday,  tonight I opened the box to use the oil and the bottle has already been opened and is 1/3 empty! I also bought an electrical diffuser to use with a wax melt or essential oil,  it didn't get hot enough to warm the water or melt a wax melt, a sad gift for a friend. I'm annoyed!

Staff here a rude and disrespectful won’t be going back to this store will shop at other ones but this one has the rudest staff I’ve ever interacted with this isn’t just 1 off occasion either everytime my partner and I have gone in we have been disrespected and put down
