I'm a coffee club lover for years, but this morning i was not happy with my brekki. Ordered the fritters and it was so dry and old. Gave back my breakfast. Won't be ordering the fritters again. 
Coffee was great though. I really dont know why Helensvale coffee club produce poor meals as the Robina & Pacific Fair coffee clubs are brilliant cafes.

Today we had two cheesecake strawberry and passion fruit , both of them was like a rubber in my mouth! It was not fresh. After that I had problem with my stomach, I have to get some medicine to make sure I am not getting food poisoning. And I am VIP member, I tried all of Food, especially in other coffee club. I was schocked about quality. I wish I could go to some other place today.

Went for breakfast last weekend. We where advised there would be a 20min wait which we where fine with. 20min wait proceeded to be a 50 min wait. No apologies from anyone. We sat at a table next to the kitchen and could hear the chef swearing and see him placing hash browns on plates with bare hands after touching his hair (no chef hat or net so discussing rats tail was on full display). My 'poached egg' was a hard boiled egg but I didn't dear ask for a new one since I had already waited long enough. Even when our food was ready we saw it sitting here for 5 mins as the dumb young waitress Keept taking other plates, chef had to end up telling her to take them after she took 4 different plates before getting to ours (even though ours where there first). Would never go back unless it was to see the dumb staff get fired

Worst eggs Benny I have ever had. Staff was friendly but very poor service. Food was not worth $24. Sore a girl drip stuff on floor and still use it for coffee. Not impressed at all.

Ordered 2 coffees in a mug. Was told there would be a wait of 15 mins to have it in a mug! so ordered in a takeaway cup instead.  This was the worst tasting coffee we have ever had from a Coffee Club and neither of us finished our coffees. Very disappointing. We are regular Coffee Club users and VIP members.
