The drive thru was sooooooo slow. The coffee was completely undrinkable! Took it back into the shop and the replacements were just as bad. Dirty group heads and scorching un-textured milk. Typical chain spam with untrained staff using machines!

Very Rude  , maybe needs to learn people skills and what food/beverages are available in the store before being rude to customers

Went here with my partner and couldn't believe how rude the guy serving us was, I was paying and yet he completely ignored me and just spoke with my partner trying to convince him to buy a fricken $7 loyalty card (which I ended up paying for) and then he passed us a crappy magazine full of more advertising, turned to my partner and said, "She'll like this, it's pink." I wanted to give him an ear full right there and then. Never been so disrespected in my life. It's a shame too because Zarraffa's has really good coffee but I'll never be going back to this one again.
