I know this doesn't really warrant a review, but Suzie suggested a scratchie for me and I won $200. Thought I'd throw out an appreciation review!

Customer service is lowest I have seen. Waiting next in line to be served, the staff turned away to go and count a till. The other staff memebr was on her mobile discussing tea and slowly made her way towards me. I was obviously supposed to wait for her to finish her call. A number of stores ask customer to finish teir calls before approaching the counter. Obviously Supa news have a unique approach to customer service. Decided to walk away and my purchase online.
