Just called Coomera as they were closer to home(I normally go to Oxenford) to ask a simple question to confirm details I saw online. The man who answered was rude and patronising, I had never been spoken to so negatively after one sentence. Lucky the Oxenford store was so polite and confirmed it for me (they have so many more options also), i will defiantly take my business there even if it does take a little bit longer. I have been here many times before to pick up packages etc.. and they have always been friendly and accommodating. When the gentleman from oxenford answered the phone he was so lovely. Take the extra 10 mins people, Oxenford deserves your money more than Coomera does.
