Asked the guy if I could buy a bag and he said no.  Then said it was illegal to give away bags not sure where he heard this then after I had paid, pointed out the bags to buy.  Do you train the staff to be this naive? Or is it something he brought to the table himself? Go to liquor legends. They are much nicer, bigger range, and they have bags that you can purchase, without idiots trying to lie about them being illegal

What can I say it's a BWS with happy staff!

If I could give no stars I would. Placed an online order was due to be delivered at 4:15pm still no show at 5:50pm rang them and apparently order would not be delivered until tomorrow I say nice for a call and the extremely rude guy says sorry I got sidetracked. Very bad customer service

All the staff are very friendly and don't mind having a joke with you.

What I don't understand is why is there a BWS there when it's not related to Coles. Liquorland should be there, not BWS, just saying.

Pretty good. Has all my favs. Employee is either fairly rude or very nice, the service is a real dice roll
