Just had a great over the phone conversation with the store Manager Lisa. I am going to be a Santa in a shopping centre and was advised to get my head around what kids are asking for by the Santa trainers. Lisa could not of been more helpful, polite and helpful. Was very disappointed I expected to see a bigger range of quality toys and plastic kits but only saw cheaper pour quality children's toys The shop at Springwood seems to have a bigger range of items to suit the hobbyist.

Can definitely give 5 stars awarded by 9yo grandson with birthday cash burning a hole in his pocket. As a regular toyshop shopper he loved it here. Apparently items does not always see. So, yep, for toys go to Mr Toys!
Do not ever order an item from another store with Mr Toys anywhere especially Helensvale. They tell you it should be there next week and they will call you... but really they are 2-3 months behind the actual delivery to Helensvale store.. communication very poor and not accurate.
No excuses for not having the right colour the right tool for building your model's.
The Helensvale store is the absolute best. The staff are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile. We have always had great shopping experiences there. Special thanks to Joel and Leah, you guys are the best.
Didnt have what I was after. Bit disappointing as I drove a fair way to get there.
