I’ve spent over $4000 at Baby Bunting and today my mum tried to return a faulty product which was still under warranty she had bought. Rather than offering us a credit or a replacement, she was made to feel like an absolute idiot. The staff members rudely whispered to each other in front of my mum. The solution was then to call the representative of the product’s company and I am now being sent a motor to install myself into the faulty product. I have a six week old baby. I should not have to find time in my day to install motors into faulty products. The staff used to be very friendly and helpful and the store in great condition early last year when I first started shopping there. Now, I wonder if they are going to be the next Bubs. The staff are rude and unhelpful, no one greets you when you walk in or offers assistance. There aren’t products available and the shelves are very bare at times. There is also products all over the floor in the aisles which you have to move to negotiate a pram in store. I would suggest spending your money at Target or Kmart if they stock the product as they are a quarter of the price and have returned products with no hassle.
