Had some roller blinds installed, firstly the rollers configuration was wrong, which they sent out their contractor to fix, then I noticed that the master bedroom blind was the incorrect size and there is a noticeable difference between each side. One side you can barely get a finger between the blind and the frame and other side you can get nearly two fingers in the gap.

I have just had a rental property completed and this company did an excellent job. The price was reasonable, service good and timely. Would recommend.

I have worked here form the start up and there has never been a problem or complaint of this nature, as below (leaving concrete showing when installing carpet). If there was a problem with installation of this nature we certainly would get the installer to fix the problem immediately.

They did our carpets and left problems, such as the concrete showing. When I called them about this, they said they knew about it. I asked, why didn't you fix it when you did it and they just brushed it off. They did a patch up on one part and the problem promptly came back in 2 weeks, They also left one major problem (2 lumps in the middle of the lounge room). The second time they came out they re-fixed the run in the carpet and left the 'lump' problem yet again. The repair left without speaking to me about it. I have now called them back for a 3rd time and the receptionist was short on the phone again. The saga continues...
