Needing a new mattress after 10+ years, and Snooze was handy and our first port of call. As it was, we got no further. As requested, Kyle brought us up to speed on the latest mattress options and it did not take us long to make a decision, and probably spend much more than expected. Fortunately it was a 'sale' week, and we believe the value was excellent. After about 2 weeks the mattress ensemble was delivered, at a reasonable additional cost, and after 3 nights of good sleep, we are very happy with our purchase from Snooze. The start of a successful purchase is the connection with your sales person. If you are welcomed, listened to and assisted at every level, sometimes there is no reason to look further. Snooze Homeworld; recommended.
Kyle, the floor manager/family business, was the reason we bought from Snooze, he knew his stuff, very imformatve thank you Kyle. Very nice person. 100% highly recommend When choosing your new bed, CHOOSE SNOOZE HELENSVALE IN THE HOMEWORLD CENTER, ASK FOR KYLE. Photos bed we bought and lovely Kyle. I wanted to support this family business & the majority of reviews are excellent but my experience has been sadly disappointing. I trusted the owners recommendations telling him I wanted a firm mattress & rang weeks later to complain that I am sinking into the mattress & that I was unhappy. I was told that I had to rotate the mattress regularly which I’ve never heard of & was dismissed promptly. Now 5mths down the track I’m sleeping in sink holes even after regular rotations not allowing me a decent nights sleep & feel I’ve been duped because for once I decided to spend more money on what I believed would ensure better quality sleep & my previous $300 mattress in a box was better! Also i decided to splurge on a decent protector & the one recommended costing over $100 is of a horrible plastic feel, which they probably can’t sell so I’m one very dissatisfied customer.
Really good customer service! Joanne was super knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect mattress. I had also phoned the store earlier in the day and had spoken to a guy who was super helpful. We wont shop anywhere else now!
Joanna was extremely knowledgeable in the science of sleep and helped us purchase the perfect mattress, pillows and bed frame for us. At an excellent price as well! No up-selling and very honest. I seldom write google reviews, and save them only for when I am truly impressed by a service/product, and this is definitely one of those times! So happy we decided to visit this store. Thank you so much!
Kyle is awesome, great products and even better service. Stoked with our new adjustable bed and mattress and the delivery driver who set everything up for us was great. Would recommend to anyone
Hands down the most helpful experience we have ever had buying a mattress. The machine to check your pressure points etc. was really useful and interesting. Tyler was really knowledgeable and helpful, and didn't try to upsell us anything we didn't need or try to force us into a more expensive mattress. Very good experience. The one star rating below about big brother watching is hilarious but hope it gets removed because that's so stupid that it's bringing the score down for someone who doesn't understand how Google and phones work.
We need a new bed and had been to a few stores. Well I must say that they guys and girls at snooze Helensvale know their stuff, not pushy, they are knowledgeable and listen to the customer. The service is second to none, the only thing was we ordered black feet for the base and got silver. Highly Recommend
Came to snooze Helenavale too look at a new mattress for my husband and I, ended up walking away with one for us and both our kids for less than the original budget for just our one. As soon as we walked in we were met with a friendly greeting from Tyler and he walked us through everything we need and was a specialist not just a salesman. The service was amazing and no pressure selling. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new bed or mattress
I could not recommend buying your mattress or bed from Snooze Helensvale any more highly. From the moment i called up, the excellent staff member Kyle did everything he could to help me with my purchase and i was left without words apart from a million Thank you’s. If you are looking at getting your bedding from anywhere, Snooze Helensvale is where you want to go to be looked after.
