Amazing customer service! Christine went over and above to source an obsolete part for a bed brought years and years ago. She helped me through the repairs process and even thoughtfully included bolts that I didn't realise I'd need. I have bought three bedroom suites from here and I'd definitely recommend the customer service. They even replaced the part for free even though it wasn't in warranty!
