We had an excellent stay at Balmoral lodge. The owner and staff were helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean and well furnished. The views from both the bedroom and bathroom were outstanding. We would definitely stay here again.
I strongly recommend staying at the balmoral lodge The host is helpful, lovely and very friendly, the room are absolutely AMAZING with a beautiful view all around. very comfy cozy beds, had a great night sleepheat pumps, sky tv, and the bathroom and tub was also very clean. fresh linen everyday complimentary goodies Just a short walk away from town which is great The location is extremely 10/10 washing and dryer available. Lounge has thee best view I would definitely recommend and will stay there AGAIN thank you Balmoral lodge and host

Always use this place when staying in Queenstown if available. Place is clean, comfortable and good size. Views are CRAZY and owner Cis and dog Benji are awesome.

Super comfy bed, spacious room and had the best nights sleep. Woke up to spectacular views. The Lodge is superbly appointed, great hosts and walking distance to the centre of town. I would definately recommend to others and would stay again in future. AAAAA+++++Rooms: 5/5

This was my first holiday in 20 years, i stayed here for 5 days with my brother and we felt like it was home away from home. Our hosts Celso and Cis were absolutely beautiful, kind, caring and very welcoming. I would recommend anyone to stay at Balmoral lodge, you will not be dissapointed. I would most definitely come stay here again for future visits to Queenstown. The window views of the lake, mountains and the main town are absolutely breathtaking, and our room was cleaned and tidied everyday, this was an amazing experience in every aspect!!! Thankyou for making our stay so pleasant
We were put in an offsite apartment which was nothing like what we expected. We had a view of a car park in an industrial area. Bathroom was not very clean, shower drain was blocked and the shower needed a good scrub. It took about 25mins to walk into town.Rooms: 3/5
