The room is fine but its a little but dark. Location wise is very good, just a short downhill walk to the town center. Parking is a challenge cos there are very limited lots within the compound and its always taken.

Nice hotel boutique hotel within walking distance to Queenstown Mall, shops and eateries. Located near a park. Quiet but I find the room a tad stuffy and too warm even during cold nights with 5-7 degrees Cel temp outside. We have a room on the 2nd floor, there are no elevators so be prepared to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs. Housekeeping was fantastic, but I felt that I had to give a lower star rating cos I found my clothing which I left on my bed, on the floors when I returned to the room.

Lovely top floor room with amazing mountain views. Very soft beds and spacious accommodation. Man on reception very helpful and free WiFi to boot. Definitely would recommend.
