Hotel staff was nice, breakfast was good other than the coffee, and they have a private spa you can reserve easily.nnThe hotel umbrellas could be better, but that is why people bring their own I guess. They do have self-serve laundry that is 7AM-10PM. Cost 4 dollars per machine use 40 minutes each. The machines worked well for us.
Paid 569 for a room for 1 night, my partner myself and 2 kids, there was no microwave to heat food or bottles, no bowls for my kids to have cereal in the morning. Only had wine glasses and coffee cups, jug and a fridgenThe room only had 2 towels for all of us to sharenI had called up to make this booking so I didn’t have anything to read what the room had available but I feel for the price that this would be expected.nOther than that, the service was good, the beds were really comfortable although they were small as my partner ended up sleeping on the chair most the night cause we could both only just fit on the bednI feel like your definitely paying for the location and not the room
The hotel's lake view rooms were so pretty! They do not have a free breakfast, but it's walking distance from all of downtown Queenstown. The staff was very nice and attentive. Great location, and nice spacious rooms.

I had visited here from the year 2014 to 2018, with my tour & groups.nnMe & my guests experience always becomes twice while our 3 nights stay here.nWonderful rooms, with required amenities..nNice views from windows as well ultimate at the lobby too.nnVery nice & co operative staff.nGood breakfast, even few Indian menus..
Booked a King room with a lake view and it was fantastic. Amazing view from the room. The room was clean and spacious. Had dinner also at their restaurant ‘Impressions’ which was also amazing. Only thing I found it bit confusing is the floor plan. I think I got lost once but staffs in the hotel helped me. Overall, good experience, the hotel is located at a convenient place , walking distance into the CBD.
