The room was very stinky on arrival. There were such big cobwebs on the ceiling flying from one end to the other. The carpet was smelling. The girl at the receptionist was very nice but the room was horrible. Got a free upgrade on my 1st visit which I was not aware of so re booked the same place again but was extremely disappointed. Would have got a much much better place at the same price at some other place where my friends stayed and was a lively place. But I got bluffed and was not informed. Will not recommend this place at all. Extremely disappointed.
Room not great, staff not particularly friendly, lots and lots of road noise in our room facing the main road making for an uncomfortable nights sleep. Our room also didn’t have AC, unbearably hot considering windows needed to be closed, although had little impact on the road noise to be honest.nnGood location and free parking bringing it up to 2*
It was nice to have off street parking, although it was a little tight.nnThe room was decent. We were in an ADA room. Great location for downtown.
A bit noisy in a party centric town but big rooms and great location. Room 201 has the best view.
Convenient location and ok space.nWindows and sliding doors are totally see-through. Felt uncomfortable being able to look into people's rooms, I kept my curtains closed the whole time. Check in and out was quick- staff very friendly.nNo hairdryer, so I had to stand under the the heater in the bathroom to dry my hair.nAdditionally, no washing up equipment supplied- no soap and scrubber was dirty from previous guest.nBed was very comfortable though, I slept well despite the outdoor light shining in that I could not turn off.
