Nicole at the info desk was so helpful! She gave us an amazing deal on all our activities for the week, better than anything else we could find in town or online. Highly recommend coming in to see her.nnCame back in today and Fred helped us out, super friendly and helpful go and ask for him when you're in town!nnChelsea was also super helpful. She planned out both my Australia and Fiji trip and customized it to my  budget and needs. Super backpacker friendly!nnDan was awesome, easily the best travel agent in town, super friendly and knows how to get the best deals.

Awesome staff and fantastic location.nHenry our wonderful quiz lead/host gave us an awesome and very memorable experience.nnHe did a great job on the bull  nnHenry deserves a good pat on the back!nnRoom was a bit tired but all else was well.

The location is absolutely perfect, and the price is the best you'll get in town for decent rooms to stay in! I appreciated seeing cleaning staff going around each day; staff really knows how to keep on top of such a big crowd here. The suana and cinema were a lovely addition to my stay, along with the frequent events and deals that are posted each night. My only suggestion would be expanding the amount of fridges here; I found a deal of difficulty with finding a place to put my food. Besides this, I really enjoyed my comfortable and fun stay here :

Beautiful location and lovely people here. There are a lot of activities to do and the hostel staff keeps sharing more information and opportunities. It has guests from all over the globe, amazing experience interacting with such diverse people. If I am to visit this beautiful town again, I will choose to stay at this hostel itself. Affordable and fun!

I really enjoyed my stay at Nomads Queenstown! The location was close to the center of Queenstown, the rooms were comfortable and clean, the atmosphere was so fun and lively, making it very easy to meet new people and friends. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, especially James. James was just amazing because he was entertaining, fun, attentive, and always so optimistic. He is ready to greet you with the biggest smile and offer his assistance! His energy certainly lights up the room and he spreads his positivity to everyone he meets! I am so glad to have met someone like him on my travels! Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay at whilst in Queenstown! The place and the people are very memorable! I highly recommend staying here!
