Amazing customer service. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. There was quite a few of us booked together and we wanted to extend our stay last minute Rachel was a gem and helped us out and got us in the same room. So friendly and welcoming highly recommend coming here. Rooms and extra amenities were clean and comfortable.
Loved my stay at Nomads - perfect location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. It’s a good place to meet new people as the hostel is really social. The staff were all really kind. Especially, Seb was always super friendly and helpful. Even late at night, he was always approachable and willing to answer any questions, give tips or just have a quick, friendly chat while still maintaining a professional approach.nWould definitely come back.
Loved staying here. Like a home away from home. All the rooms are clean and there’s great common areas and the location is ideal. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. Sebastian went above and beyond to help with anything I needed and made me feel so welcomed. Can’t wait to come back. I miss it already. Favourite hostel
I stayed in this hostel for 5 days the booking is under Alicja and overall, the experience was really good — but unfortunately, our last night was horrible.nnAs it was written in the lift to share our feedback, I told the receptionist about the issue, but the response was disappointing — just a simple “sorry.”nnThe guests in our room brought a girl from outside during the night and were having sex. Earlier, I had already come downstairs to ask for earplugs because one of the guys arrived completely drunk and had the loudest snore I’ve ever heard little did I know the worst was yet to come. I ended up being awake all night and had to leave the room to get some peace.nnI understand that this behaviour wasn't directly the hostel's fault, but it is the hostel’s responsibility — as part of its policy and commitment to guests — to address situations that lead to such a bad experience.nnI felt it was really unfair to pay for that last night, especially considering I was planning to stay long term. You should have some policy in place to when something like this happens, since you are proving a service. The impression it gives is that you don’t take accountability of your guests experience with no action taken.nnBecause of this, even though I loved the sauna facilities, I won’t be booking again. Please take your guests' feedback more seriously — especially if you actively ask for it. There’s no point in requesting feedback if no action is taken.nnAll the best,nMarta
Location is good but it does get some BOOM BOOM late on from the pubs underneath in the neighbouring street. Staff were good but the decision to clean the toilets/showers at approx 7:30-8am then again at approx 5-5:30pm peak times i found a bit strange. Facilities would be better cleaned during the day, surely, when most of the people are out. Also vacuuming and bashing every door in the morning isn't great when tired travellers are resting. We're paying for somewhere to sleep.nKitchen well equipped though, and kept clean. Common space nice and big with lots of fridges.nRooms are ok.nI liked the bluetooth room keys on phone.
