We had the pleasure of being assisted by Rachel and Sebastian, and our experience was excellent. Both were incredibly friendly, attentive, and did everything they could to ensure we felt comfortable. Their professionalism and warmth made the experience even more special. We highly recommend them for any occasion. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome!

My partner and I stayed at nomads for just over a week and we had a lovely stay. The staff were incredible and the vibe and overall energy there was unmatched. They had heaps of offers and discounts that you could get for other places and activities just by staying there. The only thing I can fault is that we stayed in a room that had no windows, and our beds were quite uncomfortable. Our room was quite depressing and it was hard to get up in the morning as the lack of light affected us. The beds were uncomfortable, however they were manageable. We did get a look into some of the other rooms while the cleaners were in and the rooms with the balconies were super nice, so I’d recommend asking for a room with natural light. Besides those two things, our stay was great at Nomads hostel.

Good location, near to the Queenstown Bay beach. If you enjoy the night life, it would be a prime spot for you.nnI got the 6-bedder female only with bathroom. Room is clean, with the toilet and shower room separately, so that is great. The sink is a little small, in my opinion.nnKitchen has sufficient tools for our use, so that is great!nnGood stay overall; will recommend this.

Bar nearby plays music till something like 3/4 am, even with the earplugs hotel provides them which says something on, we could not sleep.nnAlso, the fact the we either have to call reception / or download an app for controlling the temperature of the room felt stupid to me.nnOther than these two things the hotel is in a nice location, and is otherwise completely fine.nnSuggestion to the management: Nose thing should come as a bold warning on booking websites, and maybe even register noise complaint ?

want to thank the receptionist Anna, as she resolved the two issues I had:nn1- a missing toweln2- a room changennShe handled both situations with great speed and intelligence.nnAs for the place: While it’s a very busy spot, I believe the cleanliness of the common areas could be improved, the couches need repair, and better thought should have been given to the room ventilation. Tip: book a room with a balcony or good airflow.nnHowever, what really elevates the rating of this hostel is the staff. They welcome you with warmth, professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine willingness to help.
