Great hotel. Gorgeous building with the highest quality of staff, decoration, comfort, food, and cleanliness. Location is really close to downtown and easy to walk to. Seemed like it could be a little tricky to find parking but I was there the night before the Queenstown marathon so I wouldn't expect that to always be the case. I'll definitely be returning on a future trip!

Amazing staff, delightful breakfasts, stunning views. Plenty of communal space to sit and relax. There’s no way to find fault with this place.

When we arrived at the hotel they realized they made a mistake with the bookings and we were sent to a lower category hotel at the same price. Very disappointing.
