We stayed two nights at the hotel in a Gondola room. Beautifully furnished, great amenities and gorgeous view. The room was a fantastic size and had everything we could ask for.

The complimentary evening canapés and wines were lovely - the staff hosting well and lovely to chat to. A nice chance to chat to some of the other guests too.

Location of the hotel is superb - walking distance to the main shopping and restaurant areas and most importantly, the lake. 

Recommend highly and looking forward to our next stay.

Recently stayed 4 nights and can't recommend it enough! Room was modern and attractive, comfortable bed & very spacious. Excellent location, an easy walk to the shops but away from the noise of bars and restaurants at night. The staff went above & beyond when our cruise was cancelled - they were incredibly helpful, contacting the tour company and helping us to rearrange our plans. They even referred us to a car rental company (also run by the hotel owner) who got a car delivered to the hotel for us in less than 2 hours, at a great rate. We ended up having a fantastic time and felt so well taken care of. Thanks QPH!
