We had a great 2 night stay. We had a very warm welcome and the staff were super friendly throughout. Breakfast is excellent - cereal, pastries, fruit, yogurt AND a cooked breakfast all included as well as a beautiful view of the lake. Our rooms were very comfortable and a decent size. I particularly enjoyed the little terrace and the sky sports. The bathroom was equipped with everything you could possibly need from shaving kits to tooth brushes, shampoo, conditioner etc. That was a theme throughout - every detail has been thought through to deliver a superb guest experience. The hill to get back from town is very steep my guess is 25% so that gets the heart pumping! It's probably a brisk 10 min to the waterfront.
Accueil arrangeant et sympa. Belle chambre spacieuse et chaleureuse avec un petit balcon, mais le must fût le petit déjeuner cuisiné. Il y a un buffet en // et on choisit son plat. A savoir que le coin lounge était aussi très beau, et que chose rare la lessive était gratuite et à dispo. Sinon, pour aller manger en ville c'est à peine à 10 mins à pieds du centre.
Lovely B&B Enjoyed the wine tasting evenings for visitors. Quiet a hill and steps to go down to the town which was not an issue for me but could be for other people. Rooms: Very comfortable Nearby activities: Gondola TSS Earnslaw - steam boat

FRENCH / FRANCE Nous avons voyagé avec FROGS-IN-NZ qui nous ont fait découvrir ce charmant hôtel ! Très accueillant, vraiment très accueillant ! Nous avons la chance d’arriver un lundi, où une dégustation de vins locaux est proposée le soir de 17h30 à 18h30 gratuite c’est sympathique et ça permet d’échanger avec les autres clients de l’hôtel. L’hôtel se situe à 5min à pied du centre, un peu en hauteur ce qui lui procure une vue magnifique ! Le petit déjeuner est excellent et c’est vraiment le cas de le dire. L’hôtel met à disposition de l’eau, une machine à laver et un sèche linge. Les chambres sont grandes spacieuses et très bien décorées. Pour finir nous recommandons totalement cet hôtel, il fournit de très bonnes prestations. Merci encore à l’équipe présente pendant nos quelques nuits. Rooms: Des grandes chambres bien décorées et un lit fabuleux Nearby activities: À quelques minutes à pied des activités proposées sur la ville de Queenstown Safety: Les portes d’accès se ferment grâce a un digicode et la chambre est bien sécurisée avec une clé fournie Walkability: Très proche du centre Food & drinks: Un petit déjeuner complet et de tres bons produits proposés
Absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was just perfect. The wine and canapes on Friday night was yummy and a fun time. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were lovely with an incredible view over the lake and town. Staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!!Rooms: 5/5
My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Breakfast was great, and we loved meeting other guests at the tapas/drinks hour. The location was perfect for all our activities. We would definitely stay there again!
My wife and I absolutely loved this B&B!!! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional and courteous working with us when travel plans changed to accommodate holding our luggage a bit longer than normal and the breakfast is stupendous! What a view from the breakfast room. The location is perfect for walking into Queenstown and the rooms themselves were plenty of space. If we ever make it back to Queenstown, we will be staying here again and having just as good of an experience I'm sure.
We have just spent 8 nights in a 1 bedroom villa 3 apartment. The apartment was so spacious and immaculate. View was amazing over the town and lake. Breakfast every morning was scrumptious and Lucy was always so cheerful and helpful. Canapes and wine tasting in the evening was a fantastic opportunity to meet other guests and talk about your days activities. Paul, Sam and Marianne were the perfect hosts and we would not hesitate to stay here again if we visit Queenstown.
