Good basic hotel, though the breakfast buffet is rather minimalist. My main suggestions: 1 Add proper / brewed decaf coffee to the breakfast buffet. The instant decaf is coffee in name only and basically not drinkable. 2 Relocate the hot tub to an inspiring, outdoor location, with a view of the mountains. The current location, a small windowless room with sterile white walls, is an odd choice for a place surrounded by so much natural beauty.

Rooms were comfortable and clean with a great view of the lake. Overall, hotel looks and feels dated ; could do with some major renovation to make it more contemporary. A tad too far to walk to & from city centre, especially with the steep incline on the way.

The location of our motel was great as it wasn't far to walk to the main centre of Queenstown. Our rooms were clean and our beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our buffet breakfast and all of the staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms were very nice, just a bit old and worn down. Service came everyday to collect rubbish and clean our rooms, very nice cleaners too. The location is very good if you're looking to travel around places in Queenstown specifically. If you're going to Milford's Sound I'd recommend getting a hotel in Te Anau to save yourself some travel stress :nAnyways really good hotel, just lacked a few facilities, like a gym, but it has a pool.

Reasonably decent stay. Room spacious and well appointed, very comfortable bed. Shower pressure weak, and balcony could do with a good clean/waterblast. Also the downpipes from above floors could at least be connected to the drain rather than just just running on to the balcony. Breakfast was standard buffet but very good in my opinion
