Right, honestly, this place has so much potential but I think they got a bit spoiled being in good location. Customer service was not very good. I think we got a new waitress who didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. Not that friendly and had to be reminded 3! times that we needed our bill. No soap in female bathroom and hand dryer was broken. Food, while presented very nicely indeed, was honestly nothing special and my friend didn't even finish her Caesar salad as chicken was to dry and sauce too salty (waitress didn't even ask us how our meal was when she came to pick out plates up). So overall verdict- very average. Plenty other nice places around.

Good food in a lively atmosphere When went based on a friend's recommendation but we arrived at leak time. Although we sat right away, they informed us of the 45 min wait for food. Points for honesty. The staff were friendly and helpful but they managed to leave my meal off our order. The manager was apologetic and sorted things out. The place was so busy, they ran out of burgers and fish toward the end of dinner time. Again, points for honesty with new guests. Would definitely try again at a slow period

My husband, friend and I went here twice on our three day stay in Queenstown. Top notch staff, excellent food, and great drink selection. You can't go wrong with the pulled pork sandwich!

This bar had great vibes and was overall a very unique and fun experience. I was having a great time until one of the bartenders weirdly kept staring at me as I ordered my first beer of the night. He asked me if I was “okay” and I was confused why he was asking me that, but I explained to him that I was totally fine and completely sober. However he still continued to blatantly stare at me for more than 10 minutes straight. He accused me of being on drugs when I was completely sober because he thought my mouth was moving in a weird way when I talked. I am from New York City and apparently I move my mouth more when I talk then the locals here in Queenstown. However the bartender made me feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable about it and acted as though I was very intoxicated just because I spoke differently than the average person he has encountered. It was such an awkward and unusual encounter that I left shortly after. It definitely took away from my overall experience of the bar and generally I would not recommend going here due to the lack of experience and rudeness of the staff.

One of the best places in Queenstown for excellent beer, yumm food and awesome atmosphere! (and of course tea-pots) ;) Staff were fantastic and always happy to help, we came in for drinks and snacks a couple of times and always ended up staying for a boogie. Very nice and chilled atmosphere and a seamless transition into a club as the night progresses. A+
