We had a wonderful stay at the Hikurangi Lodge!!  The hosts, Barry and Shirley made us feel like we were at home.  This was one of the highlights of our holiday.  Wonderful home cooked food, great conversation and close enough to town to be able to walk there.  If you like to learn about the places that you visit and the people, while staying in a very comfortable, beautiful home then this is a place that you will enjoy.
