Nestled quietly in the desirable area of Wakatipu Heights, this newly renovated retreat is just 1.5kms away from the heart of Queenstown. Tastefully and thoughtfully furnished, all 3 levels of Kaiora Lodge capture the stunning views of the majestic Remarkables and beautiful Lake Wakatipu. The relaxed open living space on the lower level, boasts a well equipped kitchen where you can whip up culinary delights to share at the bench or sit and take your time whilst enjoying the views from the inviting dining area. In the summer months, the spacious deck will see you whiling away many hours just gazing and grazing whilst in winter the fireplace warms the entire home. Deep, comfortable leather lounges, luxurious throws, soft lighting and a state of the art home theatre system are all there to entice you to either simply sit back, relax and unwind or entertain – the choice is yours! Level two boasts two elegantly furnished double bedrooms with floor to ceiling windows framing “those views”. This level also has a spacious living area with modern furnishings including a second flat screen TV (with Sky) and DVD which creates a perfect separate retreat for teenagers. The top level (or master level) is a holiday haven in itself. The open plan bedroom has an Alpine feel combined with luxurious décor. The deliciously comfortable bed is enticing; however the piece de la resistance is the huge two seater spa bath surrounded by glass and perched out over the front of the lodge. Relaxing in the spa – cocooned by warmth and bubbles – there is nothing between you and the dazzling views of this most beautiful part of the world.
