Atlas Car & Truck Rental

Staff was rude. Car was alright but dirty and something was wrong with the steering when we got it but didn’t bother too much for a day trip. The price was really good so we didn’t want to complain too much.

What a disaster!! I booked well in advance but the vehicle I had booked was not available !! Had to take an alternative that was disgusting it was dinged on every panel ahd a grafitti tag on one panel, no hubcaps and I suspect the tyres were unroadworthy. However I was late for an appointment so had to take the van offerred by the way it had not been cleaned. This after waiting in line for over 30 minutes while 3 staff dealt with other customers. I will never hire from this group again and I wish I had read the other reviews before booking

Unclear notice, bad service especially call center!!! So rude and unhelpful! They told wrong information and cheaper price from counter actually charged. They are so irresponsible. Never use this company again.

Picked up a car from Tullamarine office. Staff were extremely professional. Excellent service, price was great and car was perfect. Highly recommend. Will definitely use again.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL...STAFF WAS RUDE,SLOW AND INPATIENT.I TRIED TO CONTACT THE MANAGER AND IT WASN'T POSSIBLE BY ANY MEANS.IT TOOK THEM MORE THAN 1 HOUR TO PROCESS MY CAR RENTAL APPLICATION THE WORST CAR RENTAL AGENCY IN AUSTRALIA....
