Similar experience to the other reviews; difficult to find, they are branded ‘East Coast Car Rentals’, yellow sign, and at the google listed address, but no signage that says ‘Sixt’ until you’re inside the building. Customer service was polite, 5min walk to a parking station where the cars are kept, and the car was filthy. Looking around at the other cars they were in the same condition and no obvious set up to wash or clean the cars either. If you’re eager to have a professional, clean, hire car experience go elsewhere. If you just want a cheap hire then Sixt will suit.

The attendants at the parking garage was very unfriendly. One of the van doors was not opening and we asked for assistance, the attendant came and opened it with some force then left without saying a word. Two stars for accurate description, I rented a car and that's what I got....customer service was not included.

Apparently you can return the car after 6PM, but there is nobody and nowhere to drop the key. So left the car in the Parking garage and have to go back to their office tomorrow morning to drop the key. Sooo frustrating! The other star is for the lady who tried to help me in the phone when I called to ask for advice. It is pretty confusing that the garage is open until 10PM, but nobody there after 5PM?
