Very helpful and no hidden charges. Picked car up at 7.30am and rental process proceeded quickly and we were out of there by 7.45am.

DO NOT HIRE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Would have rated 0 stars if possible. No customer service at all. Called twice and always got told that I'll receive a call back. When arrived at the car park there was a long queue which would have been a problem if the second of two staff members did not decide to go on a break at 10.30am. Waited for more than 1h eventually.
