WORST EVER EXPERIENCE WITH A RENTAL SERVICE. NEVER EVER BUDGET AGAIN!!! I had booked for a ute through them to transport my household items to my new home. When I reached there for vehicle pickup they said that my booking got cancelled!! blimey... And that too they did not inform me - no phone, no message, no email. They ruined my day, my plan and finally I had to hire a movers for a much higher rate to complete the house shift. The thing that me pissed me off was the rude behaviour of the staff there. I can understand when the booking gets cancelled due to whatever reasons it may be, but there is a way to deal with a customer and they for sure don't know how. If I get a chance to rate them negative, I would definitely do that.

The car was fine, but I had to queue for 1.5 hours as they're understaffed. They then took my bond after I returned the car without any explanation. Calls don't get answered and call-backs don't happen. The staff were fine, but the business itself is rotten.

They did not give me a car and asked my wife to come as it was her name on the credit card (although we have same last name), apparently because "they dont know if she allows me to use her card". She had to take a taxi to the rental place with our baby, and once she arrives they asked out of nowhere for her drivers license. We ended up renting somewhere else.

Totally ripped off... online quote for 3 days car hire was $230 when we picked it up it came to $360 with excess and they charged us $450 Thst was 3 weeks ago... they wont call us back or explain why. The most disgusting service ever. When we picked it up the baby seat was front facing which is illegal in Australia under age 2. When we dropped it off AN HOUR EARLY they took the keys and processed it and HOUR LATE then charged us for it. Pathetic lack of customer service
