Extremely unhappy, no signs what so ever to find their return car park, understaffed so the poor girls are under constant pressure & the service is what they can do. I love Sydney Avis but do not recommend Melbourne!

Good deals if you book online. They will peruse to upgrade your car booking by suggesting a hybrid car always which itself cost 100 bucks more which is much more than the fuel saving in 1-2 day trip.

Easy no hassle car rental. Ideal location to Southbank Accommodation.The Avis recepionist was very friendly and helpful. Even though she was the only person at the busy reception desk we were set up and ready to drive in fifteen minutes. The car supplied was quite new and had built in SatNav which helped us travel to all our destinations. Drop off was just as easy. Once again I was greeted by a friendly helpful Avis receptionist. Look forward to further rentals with this crew.

Good service however somewhat confusing to walk up and find the car when it is parked in a different bay than stated. Also no opportunity given to check car before signing paperwork
