Hired car from this location multiple times and surprisingly had a great experience each time. The staff has been very friendly and pretty easy to communicate with. Quick process and very helpful staff. Cancellations or late pickups have been handled well. The best thing is the staff is very responsive to phone calls as wellobviously in the working hours. The holidays being a pretty busy period, I still had a great and a seamless experience with them and quite happy to go back here next time I want to hire.
Excellent service. Julie who normally takes care of me is an excellent operator. Cars available are in good shape and well cleaned. However at times, you do not get the model you booked online.
Great experience at this Europcar location. The lady was really friendly here. We got an upgrade because our original car came in with a crack in the windshield. They were very mindful of getting that fixed instead of loaning out the car again.

Unfortunately a bad experience that has left a very sour taste in my mouth. Attendant at the counter was not helpful at all, and simply told me the car I hired was not available and constantly tried to push a more "premium" vehicle on me. Insisted that it was my fault that the vehicle wasn't available and I should have booked earlier. That said, it is not Europcar that is bad I had a lovely experience at the Melbourne CBD outlet. It's just Europcar Melbourne South that needs some changing.
OK not many cars. Slow service by chatty front desk person. Didn't like not being able to hire from here and leave car later at airport without incurring $45 penalty. A bit old world. Car nice. Clean and worked well. Horrible onboard navigation system which was testing. Convenient location. Near to petrol station.
The car wasn’t clean when I first got it! Also the guy in reception was sleeping on 2 office chairs, knocked on the door still sound a sleep, when I woke him he was out of it : should have taken a pic
Best rental experience ever, hands down! We arrived just as they were closing which could have annoyed the receptionist, but it wasn’t a problem at all! She was the friendliest, least pushy car rental employee I have ever encountered! Highly recommended!
Disappointing. Having extended 3 times the length of my rental I had to go in personally every time but the issue was that after they told me each time 'yea same rate mate' in the end when I got the bill it was 40 dollars more. Upon trying to explain the discrepancy the manager failed so he just went into his office de facto refusing to further speak to me. Very degrading and incredibly rude if you ask me
Went to pick up a car I booked on line and was told that management had cancelled the booking. Apparently I should have received an email which I checked when I was there and didn't. No help about other options. Just wanted me to go away. When I was walking home, I received an email saying I cancelled the booking! Seems like others have a similar issue. Poor customer service at the office and poor customer service overall.
