Booked a car recently and experience was great. I got the car upgrade and this acted as icing on the cake. Gentleman at reception was very friendly, and explained everything very well. Did not faced any issue, and will definitely use their services again. Although I did not used however they also offer a pick up service.

Please note that redspot is acquired by enterprise so look for "enterprise" board to identify the building

Worst treatment ever! In their case it should be called customer  wasting! I would strongly recommend everyone to find another car rental place!
