I had surgery last month for the first time in my life and I was so nerves about that . But I have to say all staff are awesome , kind and fantastic. Since I stepped in hospital they supported and care me like a mom till discharged. I am very grateful for their efforts.
My family member was admitted here to emergency for what turned out to be the last few days of their life. Given the traumatic experience it’s hard to separate out that objectively from the experience at the hospital however all I can say is that we were given a hospital bed in ED very quickly and it’s much calmer hospital than Box Hill waiting room was orderly and quiet, vs the zoo that is typically Box Hill. Also the nurses Janine, Jimmy, Min, Cassie provided incredible care and did their best to make us comfortable as much as they could in the chaos of the emergency room. Dr Daniel had the unfortunate job of giving us bad news but he was professional and tried his best to accommodate us. Thanks all to the team for taking care of us during this difficult time.
Can't speak highly enough of the staff here. I had all my questions answered and was taken care of very well. I was very anxious going in to my surgery, but one of the nurses asked me who my favourite piano composer was and put some of his music on in the background. It was such a kind gesture that really meant a lot to me. Thank you
Had my first baby at the Angliss, it was an amazing experience and all of the staff and midwife’s were amazing! I do not like hospitals but everyone made me so comfortable, already miss everyone there. Highly recommend
Absolutely the worst Emergency Department in Melbourne!!! Huge wait times with terrible care and doctors. Over the last 22 years I have taken both myself and my children there six times. There was only one occasion where they treated me and acted competently, however on another occasion we left and went to another hospital where my son was admitted and remained in hospital for 10 days.
