This establishment was extremely clean and tidy and the recent renovations have really made this place feel great! The staff brought the food to the table and there is also a self service area for sauce, or ketchup as the Americans would say. I enjoyed the option of having a baked potato or nachos rather than just fries for a side. The milkshakes are thicker than Nicki Minaj.

Great service and food, even though we had a technical issue with our order staff sorted it easily  restaurant has had a little upgrade, so it was clean and tidy bathrooms were clean but a little dated.

Excellent burgers and food. Very poor and unfriendly service and the price is getting a bit high now. Good for a rare treat but not to regularly visit. Alos it is confusing that you get a table number flag but they don't bring your food out, they just call out the number anyway.

Food was fresh, Service average, I don't care if this family restaurant is under Renovation, it is absolutely boring & empty, not inviting at all. There is no life in here, disgusting, rubbish all over the floors, Tables are not wiped down. Didn't see any staff come out once to clean the dining area Bins are full. The Manager or Duty Manager is responsible for running the Shift. get your act together Papakura! What has happened to the Hospitality Industry these days?

This store almost never gets order correct in the drive through - the below photo is a Hamburger - I cannot eat cheese - something doesn't quite add up. Look at the beautiful presentation though...nnWhen did Wendy's just stop caring?
